About the Author
Michael Durham Sanford was born in Dallas, Texas… aka "Big D," which was also once called the "City of Hate," He remains, as always, a very proud Texan.
He’s a technologist, a linguist, an educator, an inventor, an entrepreneur, and a passionate advocate and agent for positive change in people… aka transformation.
But more than anything else that defines Michael, if he had to choose, it’s transformation through the EXPAT journey. Living abroad has served not only himself but also members of his family and many friends along the way.
His experiences with the amazing process of what he’s coined EXPATransformation continue to serve him to this very day, in his new home he and his new family built in the Amazon Rainforest, high in the enchanting Colombian Andes, with his wife, Marleny.
Michael has truly found his Bliss!
